My Entertaining Horror Dreams
During these few months of November and December, I've had a plethora of horror dreams which I found immensely enjoyable. Now it occured to me at a young age when i was dreaming, that i was dreaming (reread this sentence if you dont get it) and subsequently I had the will to do whatever i wanted in my dreams. This revelation doesnt come everytime I dream, but definitely comes everytime i encounter something extra-ordinary or in this case, supernatural. And i would either assume the role of my hapless character, or choose to defy my dream's scripting.
The earliest dream experiences i can remember of myself realizing that i was dreaming was that when for some unknown reason i jumped off the 4th storey of a building near my school when i was 9 or 10. Interestingly i didnt die and i found the falling experience exhilirating, so i reclimbed the stairs back upto the 4th floor and kept on jumping until i woke up.
Now without further ado, i present to you My Entertaining Horror Dreams of november/december 2005.
Golems by the Roadside.
This dream starts with me driving up the hills in Subok, I tried playing around with google earth in hope of showing you what subok is , but i guess google isnt interested in Brunei, so subok is just a very hilly and curvy region in brunei with proper single laned (one to and one fro) roads. As i was driving in my Camry (4th Gen Vienta) up these hills, I saw the rough silhoutte of a person. At first i thought it was a ladyboy of which at dark nights many loiter around the streets of the capital but on closer examination i realized it was a creature of sorts, draped in black robes with the cape covering partially the face. As i drived past this thing, i noticed he had a red crackled face with spiteful black pupiless eyes and a very crooked mischiveous yet equally sinister smile, the texture of his face was that of granite uneven and rough and totally red. I gave no heed to it, and continued on my driving.
After another few minutes of driving, again i see such creatures, this time in a company of three, and they started waving at me for the sake of all that was pure. I drove past them again, with their grotesque faces and eyes fixated on me and then suddenly i realized the sheer absurdity of it all. I knew it then and there that i was dreaming but yet continued on my vehicular journey in my trapped alter-reality until i saw a pack of 5 such creatures. Finding myself filled with hate and malice for such vile creatures i drove my camry straight into them hoping if not to kill, atleast severely injure some of them but to my utter horror, my car started to slow down and finally came to stop. At this moment i wouldnt dare to think of what would happen to me as these creatures started circling my car and probably wondered who this crazed hit and run driver was and I willed myself to wake up and so I did. Feeling the broad range of human emotions on the baser spectrum made this dream really fun.
Reappearing Act
Now in this dream for some reason or the other , i was talking to 5 really pretty schoolgirls wearing sailor fuku uniforms in some dark opulent place which sort of resembled a void with transparent flooring so it would appear as though everyone was floating in space while they were really standing on glass. To the left of me i saw this rough vertical rectangle with light pouring forth from it and this resembled an entrance of sorts.
While i was chatting with the girls, i noticed from the corner of my eye, a figure with white drapes and long hair that covered her face - the typical asian female ghost - floating by at speed of perhaps 0.8m/s which was sort of fast considering that most asian ghosts dont usually move at all. Knowing instantly that this was another [insert expletive] dream, i chatted while maintaining my gaze on the floating spectre. The ghost would enter the entrance a few times and then suddenly appear from another area, moving in random linear directions everytime.
Suddenly, almost as though i expected it, the ghost appeared immediately infront of me, and i instictively hit it as hard as i could on its head. Now the normal response for any normal human when they see a floating spectre would be to run like hell, but of course the mischievous me couldnt resist the temptation to do something so daring in a dream - which is by far the most sensory rich experience we can ever hope to have apart from the reality we live in in our wakeful lives. If you ever wanted to know how smacking a ghost would feel like, the safest and most enriching experience would be to do it in a dream. And so I hit it. And to my shock and amazement, all the other 5 pretty school girls i was talking to suddenly turned into equal versions of the ghost in question. Now again i was like omg, and willed myself to be awake and yet again i found myself exhilirated with fun-filled horror overflowing me. Experiences you could never get from any movie or book or music.
The Paranoid Mother.
In this dream, i was a younger version of myself, but still conciously myself as of 2005 so i wasnt mumbling incoherently or doing stupid things like i used to do when i was young. Here it seems the dream starts off with me in observer mode, being some sort of a floating entity in third person view that observed the events prior to my own participation. I would think that this was the most interesting dream of all three. So here it goes.
I see a mother, rather pretty and reminiscent of the typical japanese mother but with a slightly crazed and paranoid look on her face. But then i guess i wouldnt have realized that had i not completed the dream, the expression of her first impression. And i see her befriending a cute dog of sorts, a brown little furry mutt and leading the animal home. After a while the scene shifts and i see that she is cooking some kind of stew in a huge cauldron adding to it globs of flesh which upon closer examination i realize are ripped off organs from the abdomen of the dog i saw earlier on. Then the scene shifts.
In the next scene, i'am back in first person mode and once again i see the same mother. This time befriending me instead (omg the horror!), but for some reason i realize not her ulterior motives and follow her home. The next scene again shows her cooking yet another vat of organ stew. This time i'am in third-person, observer mode again and i know that those organs probably belonged to me though this is only implied.
The scene shifts one final time and I see her bringing her vat of human and animal organ soup into a room with her ailing son and feeding him the concoction. Everything fades out after this.
In that particular dream, i wasnt aware of the state of reality i was in and didnt realize it was a dream until i woke up. This was probably one of the most macabre dreams i've ever had.
Now i suppose some people are never aware that they are ever in a dream until they wake up. But i'am not a psychologist and i dont really know about how other people dream apart from myself. I surmise that people who are not concious of their dream-states have a lack of willpower. Perhaps this quote will help:

Good Day. that doesn't even make any sense. Help me! Help to find sites on the: Uses for phenergan. I found only this - phenergan pancreatitis. The nasal common problems were turned upon even by gene and were entered properly for their science, phenergan. I think President obama may perhaps be wasting his time refuting Ahmadinejad considering the fact that so many American’s have been lumping Ahmadinejad in unison in to the same type with Obama—then again if Barak can be believed, and you never know in cases like this, I suppose right here is the one instance where Barak won’t blame Bush.

Stupid will be as stupid does...this event is definitely a joke. Lindsay Lohan goes onto do substances for the reason that your woman will never "get it"...The whole courts program is a faiytale. Why don'tyou put the girl in some gaol in Cincinnati or someplace else in Ohio where there isn't any overcrowding then there is no absurd program that repeatedly lets these individuals get away with ****.
